Mental Health Week

This week is Mental Health awareness week.


As we know, our mental health is just as important as our physical health. It is important we remember that children can struggle with their mental health too. This is why it is more vital than ever that we acknowledge our children's thoughts, feelings and emotions. 


A happy and healthy child is a child that is ready to learn. 


Below is a collection of optional mindfulness activities for your child to complete this week.
