Book Week

Celebrate Book Week at home

 

Reading stories is a special way to spend quality time with your child. Children's imaginations are sparked when they listen to books as well as stimulating their awareness of language and literacy.  

To celebrate book week, the EYFS staff have shared their favourite books. Please play for your child, during the day or as a bedtime story. 

You could always create a cosy reading area in your home and snuggle and read some of your child's favourite books. 

On Friday at the 12:30pm class zoom, your child may like to share their favourite book, dress up as their favourite book character or draw a picture of their favourite character.
