If I am worried or upset at school I ask a teacher for help. - Year 1

PSHE helps me to be more confident and to be kind. - Year 2

It helps me to understand emotions and know that it's okay. - Year 3

We are all different and that makes us special. - Year 4

I learn about spiritual, physical and mental health. - Year 5

I don't like talking about my emotions but adults check in regularly with me and that helps. - Year 6
